Simple Soy Sauce Ribs Recipe


Material:
1 kg neat and clean beef/goat ribs

Seasoning:

5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 cm ginger
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
Salt to taste

How to make Soy Sauce Ribs:


Boil water until boiling, add the goat ribs and cook until cooked and so that dirt can be separated. Boil until tender or it can also be pressed for 30 minutes.
Saute garlic and onion that has been mashed until fragrant, then add the ground pepper, nutmeg, and all seasoning sauce.
Add the ribs and stir well with the seasoning. Pour a little water and cook the ribs until the spices dry somewhat.
Prepare Teflon or grill. Bake the ribs until cooked and tender.
Bake with seasoning to form a caramel layer.
Serve the grilled ribs while warm with white rice and sambal.
