Ingredients
Light recipe, ideal for carnival
1/2 Real Quinua box beans (250g)
1/2 teaspoon (tsp) paprika
2 tablespoons (soup) olive oil
1/2 teaspoon (tablespoons) grated ginger
1 carrot, grated
1 tablespoon (soup) of MAGGI® Fondor
1 tomato peeled and chopped seeds
1 tablespoon (soup) chopped green onions
METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a saucepan, boil a liter of water
Place the quinoa and paprika and cook for about 20 minutes in covered pot
Remove from heat, drain the water and set aside
In another pan, heat the olive oil, brown the ginger and saute carrots
Turn off the heat and stir in the cooked quinoa, the MAGGI Fondor, tomato and chives
Yield: 10 servings
