So far, there are many types of diets that you can do to
lose weight. It is starting from the healthy to the extreme. There are also
different types of diets that are based on certain things like blood type.
For example, blood type O is more suitable to consume a lot
of meat while blood type should eat more vegetables. However, a study in 2013
showed that there is no strong evidence that this kind of diet can lose weight
or health benefits.
Researchers observed thousands of papers and studies on the
blood type diet, but none of the studies have shown a link between certain
types of blood group and blood type specific diet with improved health or
weight loss. The researchers concluded that there was no evidence to indicate
with certainty that the blood type diet is beneficial to health, as reported by
Care2 (12/11).
The results of this study to get a response from the author
of a special diet blood type. He said there is a scientific basis underlying
the blood type diet, and this can be proven in a proper way. Meanwhile, an
attempt to prove that this blood type diet is beneficial still exists today.
