Vegetables - is an important part of a healthy balanced
diet. They contain low amounts of fat and calories they completely no
cholesterol, but they are rich in vitamins, including such as A and C, as well
as minerals, and fiber.
Most people will tell you that useful, of course, fresh
vegetables, because they are not subjected to any treatment and with absolute
assurance are natural products. This is true, but only if you buy fresh
vegetables grown near your place of residence, or collect them in their own
garden.
If you buy vegetables at the grocery store, it is likely
they have grown away from you - they are specially bred for sale, and then
brought from afar in your city. In this case, they are not so useful.
When the vegetables have to drive great distances to get to
the consumer, the way they are exposed to extreme temperatures and essential
nutrients like vitamins A and C die. Frozen vegetables retain vitamins and are
therefore more useful than fresh and canned.
