Got time to spare a minute? If so, try walking, riding down
stairs, or jogged in place. Because according to a recent study, increased
heart rate for one minute is just as beneficial for the body.
There are a lot of physical activities that can be done in a
minute all day. If accumulated, researchers from the University of Utah believe
that all of them had a significant impact on health.
The link between physical activity and good health had been
confirmed long ago. Because the sport is one of the effective ways to reduce
chronic diseases. Call it obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer,
liver disease, kidney, and so forth.
Even so, there are people who rarely exercise routine. In
fact, experts recommend that physical activity should be performed a minimum of
150 minutes per week.
"This study proves that exercise actually it can be
done in many ways and did not spend time," said researcher Jessie Fan, as
quoted from Live Science.
Of course researchers only discuss the benefits of exercise
at least one minute, and the accumulation of physical activity throughout the
day. But if you want to get the maximum health benefits, one needs to exercise
more often.
The results then reported in the American Journal of Health
Promotion.
