During this time, people with lower education tend to have difficulties to make ends meet because of inadequate skills. However, recent research reveals that apparently studying is too high can also cause stress. How can that be?

They are demanding high science can be regarded as 'overeducated'. That is, people are educated too long on the job requirements. Type of overeducated people that ultimately high risk of suffering from depression, according to researchers.

As reported by Live Science, approximately 16,600 employees aged 25-60 years in 21 European countries involved in the study.

Researchers then measured levels of depression based on answers from a survey of employees that have been reported at the American Sociological Association's regular meeting.

"Demand is too high science sometimes can trigger stress. Due to a lot of people end up feeling challenged by his work," said Piet Bracke researchers from Ghent University in Belgium.

Overeducated people also feel proud about his work. That is the cause of their depression.

Nonetheless, Bracke asserted that higher education was not a bad thing and needs to be stopped. Therefore, the company does need to reject applicants who are 'too perfect' or 'overqualified' in order to avoid the stress and depression of the employees.
