How to Cope with Dry Skin Due to Dehydration
1) Drink plenty of water. You can also get bonus intake of
water by adding ice cubes. Lack of water makes your skin dry and flaky.
2) Exfoliate once a week or so your moisturizer can
penetrate into the layer of skin cells. Exfoliation can remove dead skin cells
3) Use a moisturizer with vitamin C to encourage collagen
production. This will help make your skin feel dry and firm but not tight.
4) Wash your face with a cream cleanser instead of soap
bath. Bath soap only make your skin more dry and dull.
5) Use a cream that contains hyaluronic acid in the evening.
