The sweet for Valentine's Day is not just chocolate dong so

Materials:
3 egg whites

How to make a macaroon:

Beat the egg whites with high speed until soft tread. Add

mixer.
Add the icing sugar and almond flour and stir with a
spatula.
Add dye and stir well.
Put the mixture in a pastry bag triangle shape, drown the
end.
Spray dough on baking heart shaped.
Give a distance of about 2 cm between the dough.
Sprinkle dough that is printed with icing sugar, let stand
for 15-20 minutes.
Bake the dough in temperature over 150 degrees centigrade
for 20 minutes or until done.
Lift, cool macaroon.
Apply one part macaroon with Ganache, then cover it with the
same colored macaroon.
Ready macaroon served.
