If when you do not drink more milk your body feels fit, weight can be decreased, and your skin becomes cleaner, and then stop eating dairy every day.

2. After eating sweet snacks

Some people have a habit of eating sugary snacks after a big meal. It is unnecessary because it can add weight and increase other health risks. Sweet foods have high sugar levels can also increase blood sugar if consumed too much. Better consumption snack two or three times a week.

3. Carbohydrates as an afternoon snack

Do you often feel hungry at the time between lunch and dinner? If so, then do not choose foods that contain carbohydrates to satisfy your hunger. Better you eat foods that contain protein such as beans.

4. Potato

Chips have been established by researchers at Harvard as a food that can make you gain weight quickly. If you want to eat fruits and vegetables, you should choose other fresh vegetables. Do not be too often eat potatoes if you want to maintain your weight.

5. Healthy snacks

if you like snacks such as vegetable chips, fruit chips, and others who you think is healthy, then you should replace this habit by eating food that is really rich in nutrients. Many people do not think that is considered healthy snacks are actually not doing too good and can make them put on weight.
