Fried rice with curry goat is very thick with the atmosphere
of India. Spicy and delicious.
Ingredients:
2 plates of white rice
100 grams of goat meat, sliced to taste
2 tbsp peas
1 tablespoon curry powder ready to use
1 medium onion and roughly chopped
1/2 onion, sliced lengthwise
1/2 tsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Ground pepper to taste
Complement:
Fried onions
Sliced cucumber
Chips
How to Make:
- Saute garlic and onion until fragrant and wilted.
- Pour goat meat, stir until cooked.
- Add the rice and peas and stir well.
- Give curry powder, soy sauce, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Cook until the rice cooked, removes from heat.
- Pour in a serving dish.
- Give a sprinkling of fried onions, add sliced cucumbers and chips.
- Serve while warm.
