400 grams of white rice

100 grams of medium-size shrimp - small, discarding the skin and head

50 grams of carrots, diced small

50 grams of peas

1 red onion

2 cloves garlic

1 leek, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Ground pepper to taste

Powder salt to taste

Oil / butter for frying to taste


How to Make:

Saute onion and garlic until fragrant

Enter the shrimp until it changes color

Enter the peas, carrots and scallions, stirring until slightly wilted.

Add rice, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame sauce, alas until blended and cooked.
