100 cc water
3 tablespoons oil, for sauteing

How to Make:

1. Soak the squid in hot water, drain then slice width of 5 mm.
2. Heat oil and fry until half cooked squid. Remove and set aside.
3. Heat the oil again and fry garlic and onion until fragrant, then add bay leaves, galangal, green and red peppers, green tomatoes, green onions, starfruit and banana.
4. Add sugar, cook until slightly wilted.
