Breakfast makes the day with its cinnamon banana toast, served with 125ml of low-fat yoghurt, 1tbsp of raisins, and 1 chopped apple. Lunch is enjoyed with its sumptuous roasted beef pitta with mango chutney and yoghurt, cucumber, mixed salads leaves, and small granola bar of about 21g. To complete the day, dinner consists of grilled fish with lentils and rice, 75g of steamed broccoli, and 1 apple. Now you want to have more energy, be Healthier, look Younger, lose weight, and cleanse your body. Another step for maintaining your weight is to continue exercising. Exercise has many health benefits and besides helping to keep off excess pounds it improves your well being and prolongs lifespan. Keeping active does take effort but it is vital in order to retain a specific weight.
